As the Hungarian partner, we would like to share that our participants was part of the Erasmus+ project “FOMO to JOMO: Journey to Mindful Living”, which took place in Vilnius, Lithuania from March 24 to April 1, 2025.
Throughout the program, our participant showed outstanding commitment to the project’s mission of transforming digital stress and social pressure into presence, mindfulness, and emotional awareness. With an open mind and collaborative spirit, they actively took part in workshops, reflections, public performances, and intercultural sharing.
They engaged in sessions covering:
• Emotional intelligence and FOMO psychology
• Art therapy and creative emotional expression
• Mindfulness practices and guided self-reflection
• Digital decluttering and conscious online habits
• Teamwork, group resilience, and communication
• Public awareness through street performance and storytelling
• Youthpass recognition and Erasmus+ learning tools
By the end of the project, they had significantly strengthened their ability to:
Reflect on personal emotions and set healthy boundaries
Reduce the fear of missing out and reconnect with the present moment
Navigate digital life more consciously and confidently
Communicate ideas with clarity and empathy
Design and contribute to future international youth initiatives
This experience empowered them not only as a learner, but as a mindful leader who brings awareness, calm, and strength to group dynamics and everyday life.
This project is funded by the European Union. The European Union is not responsible for the results produced by the project.
