Successful Erasmus+ Project: 8 Days of Discovery and Development

Our Erasmus+ youth exchange project, Harmony of Differences has officially come to a close, and we couldn't be prouder of what our participants have achieved. Over the eight-day program, we focused on fostering personal growth, intercultural understanding, and active citizenship, and the results have been truly inspiring.

The carefully designed activities guided participants on a progressive journey of self-reflection. Starting with "Who Am I?" and "Why Am I Here?", they established a strong foundation for the days ahead. They developed crucial soft skills, learning to challenge their own biases in "Prejudices Is Not Me" and building deep emotional intelligence through "The Dreamers" and "A Mile in My Shoes."

The exchange provided a unique non-formal learning environment where theoretical discussions on values, fairness, and identity were brought to life. Participants engaged critically with topics like accountability in "Who Did This?" and gender equality in "XX or XY?" while also celebrating their diverse heritage during the Cultural Nights and "My Country" presentations.

The highlight of the final days was seeing them apply their learning by designing their own "Projects of the Future" and working as a team during the City Challenge. They are now equipped with a clearer understanding of their competencies, ready to document their experience through Youthpass, and eager to implement what they've learned in their home communities.
